Part of the new edition of Short Maglie, the competition for spots on road safety held by the section links in the 'Family Association and Road Traffic Victims. The new contract, which this year also makes use of a section dedicated to the youngest of the schools of all levels, will be presented Wednesday, March 16 at Art Cafe in Jersey, in an evening dedicated to the winner of last year, Hermes Mangialardo, who won the prize with the spot "Robbery." The appointment is for 21.30.
This is an event that combines a more serious aspect, that of preventing accidents road, this time set in an unusual place, a bar: Road traffic accidents are often caused by the high speed and drunkenness at the wheel, so the responsible drinking becomes a must when we talk about essential road safety.
Hermes Mangialardo Instead, delight us with the facetious side of his work, from commercials winner "The Robbery" to "Urban Jungle", the animated series on urban wildlife that was broadcast on digital terrestrial TV QOOB.
Short Maglie thus comes in its fourth year, after a sparkling year in which the final event was submitted by Mingo De Pasquale di Striscia la Notizia.

Rules:
Art.1
The competition is all Italian citizens. It participates in two sections, one dedicated to adults and one dedicated to schools. The latter can receive products from both individual students who have achieved precisely the spot, and collective work within school projects.
Art.2
Participants may submit works ever projected or screened before they produce, in Italian, to a maximum of three per participant, DVD or MPEG formats, which have the theme of road safety in all its aspects.
Art.3
The limits are to be followed up 5 minutes. The work must be an advertisement that takes into consideration the risks arising from the misuse of the road.
Art.4
The competition entries should be sent in n. 2 copies, which should carry only the title of the short, any other wording that would make the DVD will be discernible reason for disqualification. The discourse of different end credits, which will appear whenever the jury will have already seen and voted. Enclose in a sealed envelope on the author (name, full street address, N., ZIP code, city, province, region), telephone, email, age, occupation, title and also the declaration signed: "I authorize treatment of data for institutional (D.Lgs/2003). The dvd will not be returned. Not be taken into consideration the works sent via e-mail. The competition is free.

The works must be sent no later than July 31, 2010 at the following address:

The works will be evaluated, according to final and binding, by a jury of experts and enthusiasts.
Art.7
The Jury will select three works winners and a list of recommended works. The jury reserves the right, if it deems it appropriate not to award prizes. The awards and screenings will take place in September and sweaters in August 2011. The venue of the screening will be communicated in time to those directly affected.
Article 8
The City and the Association reserve the right to store works in order to provide a cortoteca to assimilate to the public library in order to perform the work for free under warranty.

Winners must collect the prize in person or, in exceptional cases, delegating person of their choice. Article 10
