Prolexis Male Treatment

Muffins al doppio cioccolato con cuore bianco

Hello !!!!!!! Happy Monday everyone!
After a week of intense work, I went back to normal, although slowly, almost to enjoy the tranquility!
And, to stay on the subject, much effort and you do not reproduce a recipe that I posted a while ago (actually, two years ago !!!), but that is always at home here, especially when a friend calls me and tells me "I come to you in half an hour, I do find something good ?!"... And tadàààà, my muffins super fast and super good, I do not ever betray and are always super appreciated!



Ingredients for 12 muffins


210 gr flour 180 gr sugar 70 g unsweetened cocoa

1 tablespoon baking powder 3 eggs


150 ml milk 130 g melted margarine
50 g dark chocolate into small pieces
12 white chocolate squares


Mix dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder) in a bowl and liquid (milk, eggs, margarine) in another. Join us
not stir too much (use a spoon and not an electric mixer) and to incorporate the chocolate into pieces.
Pour a spoonful of batter into a greased muffin mold, put above the square of white chocolate and cover with remaining dough until 3 / 4 of the mold.
Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
When lukewarm, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
