Una caprese... da paura!!!!
Good afternoon my friends! I am ashamed to write to you after all this time, I am ashamed of not having time for you and so little for my blogghino, but unfortunately (and fortunately!) are inundated with work and of the time, I do not let an opportunity get away!
And to make it sweeter these days now winter, I made this terrible Capri! What then is actually very nice and even better!
I made the very nice mold of Guardini :)
Ingredients
5 eggs 250 g sugar 250 g melted margarine
100 gr cocoa powder 1 packet
Yeast
200 gr chopped almonds
Beat eggs with sugar.
Add the melted margarine and cocoa and mix well.
Combine yeast and almonds Thesec particulars.
Pour into greased and floured mold and bake at 160 degrees for 60 '.
Once cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
