I say this for two cakes wedding anniversaries: the first, for my in-laws who have celebrated 35 years together, and the second for a friend instead celebrated its first anniversary, and having seen before, asked me something very similar.

Gelato al melone
Hello everyone and good Monday!
Here came the fall, you have the situation as it is?! Despite the cold I pretend it's summer and not give up my jelly!
It 's the first time you prepare the fruit and I must say that this recipe, I spent a friend, is not bad! I used these
blockers Silikomart , colorful, delicious and practical;)
Ingredients
melon pulp 250 gr 100 gr powdered sugar 200 grams cream
to mount the juice of a lemon
Cut the melon into pieces and mix. Sprinkle over the succo del limone per evitare che annerisca.
Aggiungere lo zucchero a velo e mescolare bene.
Unire la panna montata e amalgamare bene il tutto.
Mettere il composto ottenuto in una vaschetta precedentemente tenuta in freezer, far gelare per circa 3 ore, poi mettere nel bimby e mantecare 20 secondi vel 7, poi 10 sec vel 4.
Se non si ha il bimby, congelare per 1 ora, prenderlo e mescolarlo con un robot da cucina o con le fruste elettriche. Rimetterlo nel freezer e congelarlo ancora per un'ora. Ripetere ancora l'operazione, poi riporlo nel freezer per 2 ore.
Versare il gelato negli stampi per calippo e tenere in freezer ancora un'ora.
Qui, invece, il gelato in cialda...

E dopo l'intero vassoio di dolci, non potevo non farvi vedere la torta preparata per il compleanno di mio marito, appassionato di informatica e sempre al passo con i tempi... E così, da brava mogliettina, ho assecondato i suoi desideri giving him a last generation PC:-P

The recipe is from Ballina Wired New York and of course can also be used for savory cream puffs (in this case eliminating the sugar!).
Ingredients 125 ml milk 125 ml water
100 g butter 150 g flour 4 medium eggs
2 teaspoons sugar 1 / 2 teaspoon salt in a saucepan
