Bignè morbidi

Good evening! It 's weird for me to make it in writing at this time, but given the hectic days, I have no choice, though I'm tired as hell! This recipe
tray full of sweets (finally:-P)
These cream puffs that I stuffed with strawberries and cream (including cream and strawberries are delicious!). The peculiarity lies in the dough, which makes these soft cookies soft and not brittle like the classic cream puffs! Try and tell me;)
The recipe is from Ballina Wired New York and of course can also be used for savory cream puffs (in this case eliminating the sugar!).

Ingredients 125 ml milk 125 ml water

100 g butter 150 g flour 4 medium eggs

2 teaspoons sugar 1 / 2 teaspoon salt in a saucepan

, boiling water, milk, butter, sugar and salt.
soon begins to boil, remove from heat and add the flour in one fell swoop.
Stir quickly and put on the fire, stirring constantly, until the dough is gathered, staccandosiu walls and releasing a white coating on the bottom.
Let cool slightly.
Add the eggs one at a time, adding the next only when the former is well blended, stirring with the whisk or elttreiche with a wooden spoon.
Let rest in refrigerator for 15-30 '.
Fill the pastry bag, make the nuts on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 18-20 'without ever opening the oven!
Turn off the oven and leave inside until the puffs are cool.
