In ogni caso, è un lungometraggio che si rivaluta dopo aver visto "Bruno".

Ci sono più nuclei familiari al centro di questa storia, quattro per la precisione, che si recano a Sulmona per le feste di fine d'anno, dai genitori, tra cui spicca un rintronato e buffissimo Paolo Panelli: c'è Lina che soffre di gastrite psicosomatica, e il marito ha una relazione extraconiugale con sua cognata Gina (Cinzia Leone), modenese sposata con l'imbelle Alessandro, c'è Milena che non può avere figli e si è sposata con un idiota di cui avere paura, e infine c'è Alfredo (Alessandro Haber), che da piccolo ballava le gemelle Kessler e ora è un docente d'italiano omosessuale.

La richiesta dei genitori di non stare più da soli diventa la ragione per cui iniziano a scatenarsi guerre fratricide in cui esce fuori di tutto, invidie, tradimenti, verità sempre taciute. Non riesco a fermarmi nemmeno un secondo, ma mi sono imposta di dedicare almeno un attimino al mio blog, per lasciarvi questa ricetta squisitissima e per lasciarvi un salutino!

Ingredients circa 40 pz

1 kg farina
800 gr zucchero
600 gr mandorle
2 cucchiai di pisto
6 gr ammoniaca per dolci
2 b. vanillina
350 gr acqua da riscaldare con una buccia di limone


Preparare un impasto con tutti gli ingredienti (l'acqua dev'essersi raffreddata) ed amalgamare bene. Ne risulterà un impasto alquanto duro.
Arrotolare la pasta e ricavarne delle forme a ciambella.
Su una placca rivestita di carta forno, posare i roccocò ad una certa distanza tra loro e farli cuocere a 160°.
A metà cottura, pennellarli con un uovo sbattuto e continuare a cuocere fino a doratura.
Per la cottura, ho utilizzato la placca per Decorate the cookies , made with a special coating so no need to use parchment paper;)
